One-to-one preparation for job interviews, on Zoom. Ten hours, paced to your date.
Knowing what to say and being able to say it under pressure are two different things.
Most people prepare for an interview in their head. They only find out it isn't enough when they walk into the room and have to say it out loud, under pressure, to the decision-makers.
We don't do the thinking first and the speaking later. Every session works on both.
You learn to hear what the people across the table actually want to find out, not just the question they asked. You understand yourself better, and you stop being passive about your own experience and reframe it in your head, so it serves your career rather than holding it back. By the end you know what you're going to say, what you're leaving out, and what you're going to ask them.
Knowing your answers isn't enough if you still have to think about how to say them on the day. So we say it all out loud, again and again, until it comes without effort and your attention is free for the conversation itself. That's the part most people skip, and it's the part that holds under pressure.
Every kind of question you're likely to face, and the ones you'll ask them.
Your CV and cover letterI read your CV, tell you what works and what doesn't, and give you notes on what to change. If you need a cover or motivation letter, I'll help with that too.
Between sessionsAfter each session you get the material we worked through, usually a PDF, so you can prepare your answers before the next one.

I often had to step out of my comfort zone when I was asked to talk spontaneously about different topics. I think a lot of valuable work was done on improving my CV and, in general, through the mock job interviews.

On our first call we agree the days and times of all your sessions, and we keep to them. That way the preparation has a rhythm, and neither of us is rearranging the calendar every week. The ten hours are completed within eleven weeks.
Message me with the date and we'll see what we can fit in. Interviews less than two weeks away are booked at the urgent rate.
Yes. I read it, tell you what works and what doesn't, and give you notes on what to change. If you need a cover or motivation letter, I can help with that too.
All sessions are on Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are.
Simply: once we've agreed your dates, you pay for your hours before we start, and then all you have to think about is the interview. If you begin with fewer hours and decide you want the full ten, you only pay the difference.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before, we reschedule the session. With less than 24 hours' notice, the session counts as used.
Tell me what's coming up and when, and I'll call you for a short, free conversation.
Your message is on its way. I'll be in touch soon to arrange a call.
